Andrey guides the strategic direction for Crystal Hospitality. He is a hands-on leader whose integrity, determination and experience define how the company treats others, like family. Andrey founded Crystal Hospitality (formerly ADR Signature) 20 years ago, determined to improve outcomes and streamline the renovation process. He is known as a client-focused problem-solver, someone who delights in finding innovative solutions to stumbling blocks that slow others down — all with an aim to inspire hotel owners and their guests.

Victor is the face and force of new business at Crystal Hospitality, building client relationships in face-to-face listening sessions designed to fully understand hotel owner needs and dreams. He grew up in Crystal (formerly ADR Signature), learning the business from the inside out. Victor loves to travel and happily spends more time in hotels then at home. He is a creative connector driven to create beautiful, functional spaces that delight hotel owners and their guests. When he’s not at a client site, Victor oversees the company’s systems, harnessing technology to streamline operations and communications.

Yana oversees the financial operations of Crystal, managing the company’s financial planning, reporting and day-to-day  financial management. She’s been with the Crystal (formerly ADR Signature) since the beginning, carefully monitoring and managing finances to support the company’s tremendous growth. She can’t help herself from monitoring the progress of all projects, taking pride when the paperwork, construction work and finishing materials are all organized and result in a beautifully finished hotel renovation project.
